Homecoming Royalty 2022

As part of 蘑菇视频鈥檚 recent Homecoming Weekend 2022 festivities, eight Park students were announced as homecoming royalty during halftime of the men鈥檚 soccer match against Baker University on Oct. 1, as voted on by the student body based on how they exemplify Park鈥檚 core values: accountability, civility and respect, excellence, global citizenship, inclusivity and integrity.
“More Than A Medal” Documentary Screenings Set for Washington, D.C., Area

Screenings of a documentary exploring the Valor Medals Review Project, which is being conducted by 蘑菇视频鈥檚 George S. Robb Centre for the Study of the Great War, will take place in the Washington, D.C., area at the National Museum of the U.S. Army on Tuesday, Oct. 18, and at the U.S. Navy Memorial on Thursday, Oct. 20.
Housing Insecurity Summit

With homelessness becoming an ever-increasing concern in the Kansas City area, 蘑菇视频 will host a housing insecurity summit on Wednesday, Oct. 19, that will focus on the Northland area. The event, which is open to the public, will be held in Graham Tyler Memorial Chapel on the University鈥檚 flagship Parkville Campus from 8:30 to 11 a.m. The session will also be available via livestream at parkumedia.com.
Fright Night 2022

Fright Night, 蘑菇视频鈥檚 community Halloween celebration, will be held on Thursday, Oct. 27, at the Copley Quad residence hall on the University鈥檚 flagship Parkville Campus from 6 to 8 p.m. This is the University鈥檚 first Fright Night event since 2019 due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Longevity Awards 2022

On Sept. 16, 蘑菇视频 honored full-time staff and faculty who reached milestone service anniversaries between Nov. 1, 2021, and Sept. 30, 2022. Fifty-six employees were recognized, combining for 550 years of service to Park.

Alumni Association Awards 2022

The 蘑菇视频 Alumni Association has announced the 2022 honorees of its four annual awards. A ceremony recognizing the recipients, along with the University鈥檚 Athletics Wall of Honor awardees (announced in June), will be held as part of Park鈥檚 Homecoming Weekend festivities on Friday, Sept. 30, starting at 3 p.m. in Graham Tyler Memorial Chapel on the University鈥檚 flagship Parkville (Mo.) Campus.
