Peace Journalism Symposium

The Center for Global Peace Journalism at Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ will celebrate its 10th anniversary with a symposium that will look back on the CGPJ’s accomplishments and a look ahead on the future of peace journalism. The event will be held virtually on Wednesday, March 2, from 10 to 11:30 a.m. (Central time).

Fall 2021 KC Area Commencement

Adelaida Severson, Ph.D., president and chief executive officer of Bushtex Inc., an international satellite communications firm in Gilbert, Ariz., will present the keynote address during Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµâ€™s Kansas City Area Fall Commencement on Saturday, Dec. 11. The ceremony, the University’s first in-person commencement since December 2019 due to the coronavirus pandemic, will be held at the Community of Christ Auditorium in Independence, Mo., starting at 10 a.m.
