The SpouseWorks Scholarship, formerly MyCAA, is a workforce development program that provides eligible military spouses with up to $4,000 in financial assistance for approved education and training. Funding may be used for eligible licenses, certifications, associate degrees and certain continuing education courses required to maintain a professional license or certification.

SpouseWorks offers more than scholarship funding. Military spouses can access career coaching, resume and job-search assistance, education and training resources, career assessments, online learning opportunities and connections to employers committed to hiring military spouses.

Visit the official SpouseWorks website to create or access your account and complete the eligibility process. SpouseWorks now uses myAuth for account access. Scholarship eligibility is available to qualifying spouses of active-duty, National Guard and Reserve Component service members in the Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force and Space Force serving under qualifying Title 10 orders.

An Education and Training Plan identifies the approved education or training program you plan to complete using SpouseWorks Scholarship funding. The plan helps confirm that your program supports an eligible career goal and is part of the scholarship approval process. A SpouseWorks career coach can help you understand the requirements and complete the process.
